I don't have time for a regular exercise program. 

All activity counts toward improving your health.  Things like day-to-day household or routine activities can improve your lifestyle.  
As little as 30 minutes of continuous activity or 3 - 10 minute sessions daily will provide health benefits.

Some examples of routine activities include:

bulletWorking in the yard
bulletHousecleaning
bulletWalking
bulletWalking the dog
bulletTaking the steps
bulletParking the car farther away.
